Couples Yoga & Massage for Labor
Couples will practice breathwork, yoga poses, massage, and relaxation techniques in this fun and informative workshop. We will address the common discomforts of pregnancy and labor and build a toolkit for each couple to take home. Partners will learn ways to support the pregnant and laboring woman in yoga poses, to help adjust her body for relaxation, and to safely massage and support her during this special time in her life. No yoga experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.

Private Instruction for Birth Preparation
Depending on your needs, a private series is generally 3-5 sessions, with homework and self-study as a part of your practice. Each private session is $220 for 2-hours, with or without a partner. Email Megan for more information or to schedule.
Generally I travel to your home and bring props with me, but I also have studio space available if you prefer.

I currently offer 1-hour private sessions for individuals on Vashon for $115. This includes a written class description and relevant drawings, or other materials depending on the class.
